Advantage:
1. Advanced Siemens controlling system, PLC and Sanken converter built in to achieve precise controlling and stable operation with high speed.
2. SEW servo motor traction system built in the three roller embossing system to raise the precision of the synchronous operation of three rollers to produce flat and uniform PET sheet with international standard.
3. Automatic hydraulic controlling system adopted to easy the net changing process. -The net changer is designed with big-hole diameter to improve the productive efficiency and lower the net frontal pressure for machine safety.
4. The metering pump working in the moveable connection way for convenient operation.
5. Independent safety system applied in the three-roller embossing system. When the materials are running out or the machine stops by accident, the three-roller embossing system will cut off the power and separate from the main equipment for protection of the whole extrusion line.
6. The special structure design of the three-roller embossing system and the tractor make the operators adjust the in/out passage of the sheet
7. The three-roller water circling system working in pressure adjustable double water pipe for independent heating.
8. Two sets of high-power desintegrators are equipped with the extrusion line, which can recycle the waste materials immediately to enhance the production efficiency.
9. The PET sheet cutter and the dual-station winder are equipped with the line to cut and wind the sheets as the operator’s demand.
10. The tractor equipped with a cutter base. For individual cutters can work out flat and uniform PET sheets in different size by easy operation.?
